I oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to design and testing, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric and cost-effective solutions. With a techno-commercial background and a passion for emerging technologies, I bring a unique combination of skills and expertise to my role. I have extensive knowledge and experience in sourcing and purchasing mobile accessories, PC gaming accessories, mobile phones, and IoT smart home products and modules, as well as setting up and managing EMS, SMT, LCM, CCM, speaker, tooling, and molding machines and factories. I also have strong project management, business development, and P&L skills, having successfully executed and managed multiple large-scale and complex projects, contracts, and partnerships.
