Strategic Sourcing responsibility for Goodyear's global requirements of Reinforcements Materials (steel cord, bead wire, fabric - polyester, nylon, rayon & aramid) and Fillers (Carbon Black, Silica & Silanes) Scope is covering 40+ plants in 22 countries and is covered by a team of 13 people based in Luxembourg, China, Singapore, Brazil and the US.
Global Procurment responsibility for all goods & services for 8 manufacturing sites in Europe (Germany & Netherlands), N.A. and Asia (China, India & Japan). Managing a diverese team of 13 people colocated with our manufacturing sites.
European Purchasing responsibility for direct and indirect spend to support a USD 500 Mio Packaging business
Held various purchasing roles in P&G Product Supply Organization mainly dealing sourcing of materials and capital goods for all paper related products (baby diapers, sanitary napkins and tissue). In my last role I was in charge of managing the purchasing for P&Gs Tissue & Towel BU in Europe.
