As business economist, I have always been fascinated by understanding complexity and driving the right decisions. For the past 20 years, managing this complexity in its different facets has been my daily task. Today, as Managing Director, I am accountable for continuously driving Infineon Dresden´s operational excellence – together with a team of more than 3,000 colleagues. My area of responsibility includes Finance, Controlling, Procurement, IT, Communications, Funding Management, Business Continuity, Compliance, Real Estate Development as well as managing large projects as building and ramping Infineon´s next fab - the Smart Power Fab in Dresden. Our goal to advance the world’s decarbonization and digitalization with our solutions is the best motivation I could imagine.
