• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and enhance its brand presence in the Luxembourg market • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities, keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities • Collaborate with partners and lawyers to create tailored marketing plans for key practice areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives • Manage the firm's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns • Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding • Plan and execute events, seminars, and client networking activities to engage existing clients and attract new business prospects • Develop relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation • Work closely with the business development team to identify cross-selling opportunities and support client relationship management initiatives • Track and analyze marketing and business development metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed • Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI
• Create content, brochures and manage campaigns for all digital channels • Monitor/measure performance, audience and optimization techniques • Manage external communications with press, PR and media, examine local and international press, and support press relations efforts • Develop digital strategies and plans, manage and maintain the digital channels • Manage and maintain internal marketing tools such as email, CRM, web content • Prepare ad hoc items such as RFP pitches, presentations, marketing materials • Keep external websites up-to-date with visuals and written content • External and internal communications content creation • Client event organization
• The management of digital marketing campaigns and newsletters across the digital channels (SEO, social media, email, web etc.): creation, planning, integration, execution, optimization, analysis • Contribution to the CRM strategy, and lead efforts on the optimization and deployment of the email component • Establishing KPIs to measure the success of the campaigns and newsletters • Providing recommendations based on findings, A/B testing (namely by identifying trending topics for business teams, and suggesting concrete actions for the future improvement of campaigns and user experience) • Providing support, guidance and counsel to business teams on digital marketing learning points and best practice Help producing analytical reports to support marketing and business development teams • Evaluate emerging technologies.
