Expert knowledge system dedicated to translational research on rare diseases. Gathering genetic data is useful to build prediction algorithms. Prediction algorithms are crucial in the process of understanding the disease. Understanding a disease is a big step in the elaboration of therapeutic strategies. this is the translational research cycle that I tried to apply in Bioinformatics during my PhD in Marseille, which resulted in many software solutions for pathogenicity prediction and gene therapies.
