Roles and Responsibilities Supporting Global Enterprise customers with break-fix for technologies like Site to Site VPN, Global Protect SSL VPN, Dynamic routing like BGP and OSPF Troubleshooting traffic anomalies, Security/NAT rule design, hardening and implementing security measures against threats/vulnerabilities/DDOS Providing RCA for hardware/software issues. Reproduction of customer's network issues in the lab to provide a personalized solution Liaising with Tier 3 to work on complex issues and escalate with detailed analysis if Tier 3/Engineering needs to be involved Supporting PAN Sales Engineers, Professional Services Team and Resident Engineers to carry out smooth POC and deployments Taking internal team escalation calls Additional Responsibilities Training the team with upcoming features/technologies and mentoring new hires with product and process related queries Involved with management in taking technical interviews for hiring candidates Platforms PA200, PA220, PA500, PA800 series, PA 3000 Series, PA 5000 Series, PA 5200 series, PA VM/Cloud, Panorama Technical skills TCP/IP, IPsec VPN, SSL, NAT, OSPF, BGP, ARP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, STP, LACP User-ID, App-id, Zone-based firewalling, Stateful inspection, SSL Decryption, packet analysis with Wireshark
