Placed in the Turnaround and Restructuring (TAR) services team at EY as a part of the campus traineeship drive held at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. The TAR team is currently rebranded with an extended mandate as 'Debt and Special situations.' During my time at EY, I have worked as a part of the Administrator's process advisory team to assist in the successful resolution of insolvency of one of the three financial service providers with a debt size of INR 33,000 Cr. Additionally I have worked on various buy side advisories for acquisition of companies during corporate insolvency process (CIRP) and liquidation processes.
The work included drafting various civil and criminal petitions before the Supreme Court and other National tribunals
Assissted in research and notes for various cases. Assisted in preparation of a comprehensive plan from the Amicus Curiae of the Supreme Court for the inclusion of sports within the school curriculum.
