• Provide network solution architecture for Kinetic IT customers. Interface with customer and network vendors to provide project leadership and oversee network infrastructure design and review for data center LAN, WAN, and Wireless. Providing technically accurate and financially complete solutions for network migrations and enhancements. • Provide completed technical roadmap, scope and strategy to customers based on their business plans. • Provided technical project management for network infrastructure deployments and migrations, routinely coming in on target for budget and deadline. • Designing data and voice network for new sites and expansion of existing sites. • Managing Emergency service network and voice infrastructure, assume ownership and responsibility of tasks proactively. • Organizing daily operations in a professional manner and answers escalations and troubleshooting tickets from colleagues. • Deployment and decommissioning of network/systems devices including, WAN routers, Voice gateways, Core switches, Wireless controllers, Call Manager, Data/Voice, Servers and technologies. • Operational deployment of new sites/devices liaises with site managers and external partners. • Support Network Infrastructure that requires 24/7 system uptime and availability. • Site migration between different technologies within and between Service Providers. • Control and maintain configuration updates, backup, documentation of devices and diagrams. • Reporting to all required WAN/LAN related incident monthly as per SLAs. • VOIP sector configuration and service administration.
