Led the Sustainable Employability Project funded by the Stev Wagh Foundation, ensuring comprehensive planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of skill development initiatives for youth from marginalized communities. Designed and facilitated structured training modules integrating technical skills with life-skills education, focusing on communication, adaptability, and workplace readiness to ensure zero dropout and sustained engagement. Played a pivotal role in strengthening participants’ confidence and employability by adopting a holistic, learner-centered approach that addressed both socio-economic barriers and individual aspirations. Role Overview: Served as a Field Coordinator under the Tejaswini Project, working closely with Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) to promote empowerment, education, and awareness on critical social issues at the grassroots level. Key Contributions & Responsibilities: • Led field-level supervision and coordinated community outreach initiatives to engage AGYW effectively. • Organized and facilitated awareness generation camps on key social issues, fostering informed decision-making and confidence among participants. • Planned and implemented life skills training programs to enhance personal, social, and leadership capabilities of AGYW. • Actively supported the integration of AGYW into open schooling systems, enabling continued education and future opportunities.
