Beyond the technical work, I spend a significant part of my energy on people. Mentoring, developing, creating conditions where colleagues can figure out what they're actually capable of. That thread runs through everything I do — including a year I took off entirely just to teach, across subjects and levels, to anyone who needed it. I came to this through an engineering degree from BITS Pilani and an MBA from ISB. But most of what I actually know came from the work itself and a deep curiosity about how the world works (and the journey humans took to reach here) which I feed passionately through learning and educating.

Helped HWCT India (UN Accredited) fundraise from High Net Worth Individuals (10 Cr+ in funds) to deliver formailsed education to 10L+ impoverished children in Mumbai & Rest of Maharashtra. Boosting outreach and visibility of HWCT India through social media activations and driving growth across channels.
Took a deliberate time off from formal employment to teach and mentor students across high school and undergraduate levels, spanning STEM subjects including Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Electronics Engineering and Computer Science. Provided competitive exam preparation across JEE, GMAT, GRE and SAT — helping 20+ students improve standardized test scores by 100+ points and contributing to 10+ successful JEE outcomes. Worked entirely on a self-initiated, largely pro-bono basis — driven by a belief that access to quality instruction shouldn't depend on the ability to pay for it.
• Led marketing and product marketing, solving for customer acquisition and retention in the K-8 segment. • Worked in sync with product teams to streamline customer flows to create user product funnels. • Spearheaded a 10x growth in marketing outreach (scaled up to 1.5 Cr per month) while maintaining DAU & CAC while proportionately scaling revenues. • Built the community team from scratch to a 10 man strong team hosting 12 events daily.
