M&A and Deloitte - a commerce grad’s dream! Was one of 5 grads to be selected from university that year + the youngest M&A consultant at Deloitte. I always had the dream to build a large company, Deloitte showed me what it looks like. Highlights? Over a 100+ unique lunches with folks across all teams - learnt about the value of people, process and purpose! Eventually realised - building a co. that could match its scale started looking more exciting than working at it. I had less to offer Deloitte and decided to move on when I spoke with Akshay / my college alumni / Leverage Edu’s founder.
