Drive Business Growth of the BU category-Fire and AV/Pro-AV Category for India. - Ensuring revenue growth and desired profitability for Fire and AV category both. - Working with multiple supplier brand partners to ensure ADI has competitive advantage in terms of pricing, rebate and stocks. - Developing sales strategies in tandem with sales department, work with several functions to create strategies for the product category. - Identifying new market opportunities & making strategy to expand business for the product category. - Ensuring End to end launch, Promotion, Revenue Growth, Competition Mapping, Inventory Management, streamlining after sales process and sales trainings. - Working closely with cross-functional teams like Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial. - Creating strategic plans for each category of product, including Growth and promotional programs. - Analyzing pricing trends, ASP of our products in the portfolio and recommend changes to pricing. - Conducting regular and detailed analysis of competitive offerings and our pricing, positioning versus competitors to identify any gaps in our portfolio and recommend corrective actions.
