• Worked as a Project Lead/ Manager for advisory and oversee the development of several Big Data solutions and analytical techniques (health care analytics, retail dashboards, asset and liability management, performance dashboards, credit risk management, and many others) to extract and maximize business values from IT investments. • Analyzed business needs, interviewed stakeholders and IT staff, formulated business requirements. • Prepared work estimation and project plan proposal, designed data warehouse. • Architected definition and conceptual solution development and implementation for the next generation cloud management platform for a PAAS platform like Amazon EC2, Windows Azure • Designed and Developed machine learning, data mining, data visualization, or statistical models for Big Data/ Business Intelligence Solutions. • Implemented solution based on Text Analytics leveraging Hadoop for delivering insights from the Social Media and Websites for the marketing team. • Designed and implemented data quality and data auditing processes including data • Discovery, profiling, logical and physical data models, data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions like standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking, and normalization.
