As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the largest Saudi-American homebuilding and real estate development company in the Kingdom, I provide the overall company vision and leadership for one of the most innovative luxury housing developers in the Middle East. My responsibilities encompass all operations, including strategic planning, company P&L, organizational development, and a hands-on role in design, value engineering, and enhancing sales and marketing. Founded in 2011 as a joint venture between Hovnanian M.E. Investments, LLC and Sheikh Hamad Bin Saedan, HovGlobal has rapidly grown to become the largest Saudi-American homebuilding firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Known for its forward-thinking, innovative approach and high-quality luxury homes, HovGlobal handles all aspects of development internally, from land planning and infrastructure to product design, construction, marketing, sales, and warranty services. Al-Tahaluf Homes and Contracting Company, a subsidiary, was established in 2018. Our notable projects include Bayt Al Hurr, a 250 villa community in western Riyadh; Jawaher Luxury Villas by Piet Boon, a 187 villa community in northern Riyadh; Sama Al Fursan, an 830-unit luxury villa community in Eastern Riyadh and Jeerah at Mekkah Gate, a 400-unit villa community are being developed in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Company. Additionally, we recently completed the full build out of our Ishraq Living community in Northern Riyadh, featuring 2,229 residential villas and townhouses. In 2023, We are currently in the planning stages for over 2,000 new housing units in Riyadh and other major cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Including luxury golf and beach resort lifestyle projects on the Red Sea. Soleya on The Red Sea will launch in late 2026.

Led the best selling area in FY09 by using creating pricing and sales strategies combined with Divisional wide marketing campaigns. Increased Direct Margin by 200 basis points in FY10 by increasing option revenues, strategically reducing spec level and utilizing unique pricing strategies.

Conducted Research for approvals/permits, zoning, engineering plans, improvement estimates, off-site improvements /contributions, soils/geology, wetlands, utilities, Superfund sites, affordable housing component/contribution, building costs, overhead allocation, and interest carry.
