I am a final-year student at Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic, enrolled in a Double Degree program, majoring in Medical Records and Health Information (Diploma III) & Health Information Management (Bachelor of Applied), with great enthusiasm for Medical Coding and Health Data Analyst, with a focus on accurate and standards-compliant health information management. I am equipped with competencies in health data management, Hospital Information Systems (SIMRS), disease classification and medical coding diagnosis (ICD-10, ICD-9, ICD-O), data Analyst, and medical records administration. Through my internship experience as a Medical Records, I was directly involved in various medical records units, ranging from patient data entry, medical data processing and reporting, to the operation of Hospital Information Systems (SIMRS) to support hospital service workflows. With strong attention to detail and analytical skills, I aspire to build a career as a Medical Records Professional (PMIK) or Health Information Specialist, contributing to improved data quality and healthcare service efficiency.
• Assisted in managing medical record data from patient registration to archiving. • Recorded and verified patient information in the hospital’s Health Information System (SIMRS). • Performed disease and procedure coding using ICD-10 and ICD-9-CM. • Analyzed patient medical records to identify disease patterns, types of services, and visit trends. • Conducted health data analysis to support reporting and quality improvement initiatives. • Collaborated with staff across various service units (Outpatient, Inpatient, and Emergency Department) to ensure smooth data flow.
• Design Instagram feeds and layouts, create mascots and merchandise for the needs of companies that will be published. • Create designs that are communicative and easy to understand through their visual appearance. • Utilize design elements, layouts, and technical processes to create graphic design work that meets the expected needs.
