I am associated with Amazon since last 7 years. My job is not just to automate but I make sure to enhance our customer experience by providing ideas towards application. I have worked with - 1. Ring- Helped them deliver Ringtercom to the market and have worked from scratch on the product. Created efficient Automation Plan for minimum manual effort and maximum utilisation of automation. 2. Alexa Multi Modal Devices- I worked on core OS testing of Alexa multi modal devices and help them launched a successful new OS in market. 3. Amazon Pay- This has been one of my major project in my carrier, I got opportunity to lead core component of Amazon Pay where I did some major releases like - Category Launches for the customer which includes some major categories like Prepaid, Electrocity, Fastag, Digital Gold and lot more. I worked closely with Product Manager and suggested more than 70+ Enhancement Request in the Product which was excepted and implemented and created a huge customer impact. Coming on to the Automation side, I helped team to build an efficient framework and took automation from 3-70% with the help of my amazing team. 4. Amazon Business- Last not the least but currently I am working for Amazon Business ESI charter where I am handling majorly BE services and some core component of AB. I m involved majorly in the Automation Plan, helping developer to write efficient Unit/Integration test and working on automating the Process as well. I love writing, reviewing codes. Learning new technology is something which excites me. Look up and work hard is the key to success and that's what I believe in.
