Responsible for collecting and analyzing requirements for CMS-HUB program from the various ADO’s (Application Development Organizations) such as Federally Facilitated Marketplace, DSH, MIDAS and HIOS for identifying potential business expansion as well as adhering to the changes based on the federal govt’s Special Enrollment Period (SEP) Leading Projects based on business and technical outcomes and coordinating with Internal Development/ AWS Infrastructure/Testing teams to produce the solution. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Enterprise File Transfer Domain as a Scrum Master within the CMS HUB Initiative. EFT acts as the communication mechanism between the ADO’s and External Stakeholder’s (State Based Exchanges, State based Marketplace, IRS, DHS, State Agencies etc.) managed and controlled by TIBCO Software on a AWS platform. Responsible for managing and facilitating technical changes to the various CMS-HUB (Web Services) services (Advance computation service, verify employment, SSA Composite, Verify current Income, HIGLAS etc.) Member of the CMS Agile Team working with Product Management and other Stakeholders- Other POs to define and prioritize stories in the Team Backlog.
