About

I am Nokia’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for driving customer success, strengthening strategic partnerships, and accelerating value realization across Nokia’s networks, software, and services portfolio. I lead Nokia’s global customer engagement strategy to ensure business outcomes are achieved for telecommunication providers and mission-critical enterprises worldwide. As former President of the Cloud and Network Services business at Nokia, I led the transition for telecommunication providers and enterprises worldwide to 5G, secure AI-driven autonomous operations, and industrial digitalization. I was passionate about helping them embrace new business models and value creation opportunities with digital ecosystems. In October of 2024, I joined the TM Forum Board of Directors, focusing on Autonomous Networks as part of my mission. Previously, as President of Nokia Enterprise, I positioned the business group as one of the market leaders in private wireless networks and achieved significant growth, delivering mission-critical networks and digital automation solutions to enterprises, including webscale and industrial businesses, as well as government entities. I also served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Market Services for Nokia Software, where I built the Global Business Center for the Nokia Software business group from the ground up, helping telecommunication providers and enterprises embark on their digital transformation journeys. Prior to Nokia, I was President of the Asia Pacific & Middle East region at NICE Ltd., a worldwide, leading provider of cloud and on-premise software solutions, including advanced data analytics. I also held several global executive positions at Oracle, Comverse, CSG and Lucent Technologies, driving top-line growth. I hold a master’s degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland in the US, and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Tulane University in the US. I also received an Executive Business Certificate in General Management from Harvard University in the US. I reside in Silicon Valley. I enjoy golf, running, gym and globe-trotting, having lived all over the world including my native India, Singapore, the US and the UK.
