Program Manage End-to-End Demand-Sourcing-Capability Management, overall Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning. Responsible for Staffing, Revenue by Fulfillment, Net Add Estimates, Utilization matrix, Proactive hiring, cost optimization on large deals & new Transition Accounts and MIS. Deliver Resourcing & Delivery Service Operations Management in line with the quarterly business plan set out by BU head. Project Management : Up-Skilling & Re-Deployment on Accounts with Major Ramp-Up & Ramp-Down. Strategize Demand Fulfillment Plan during Transition & Transformation of Major Accounts, Offshore & Nearshore, Onsite to Offshore optimization for all acquired companies. Create Demand Staffing & Sourcing plan (both Tactical & Strategic) for timely Recruitment & Demand fulfillment. Coordinate with Operations, Capacity Planning, Finance teams to maintain, update plans, Prepare management reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and developing recommendations to ensure that site execution is in line with the plans Maintain bench for Niche skill to eliminate the crisis ensure in time churn. Responsible for Utilization, Bulge Ratio for Profitability and Cost of Delivery. Ensure the Project cost is within approved cost and Utilize/Rotate tenure resource to new deal. Ensure monthly meeting with HR on non-deployable bench and take appropriate action as per company Policy. Upscale the Team Members for next level of performance.
