I am a passionate analytics enthusiast and an Economics graduate. I am working with Swiggy Instamart as a Business Analyst. I have previously worked with Meesho and MathCo as a Business Analyst. My work includes from understanding of problem statements to developing an end to end solution for our stakeholders. Working on different problems from different domains always gives me a thrilling experience and excitement.
1. Led a pilot project to develop infrastructure for consolidating multiple orders being delivered to a single address and reduced the cost by 10% per extra order. 2. Used SQL, Python and Databricks to create logic and backend tables for the development team and partnered with 3rd party delivery agents to indicate hold time for orders before consolidation starts. 3. Created dashboards using Metabase and Apache Superset to evaluate the impact and efficiency of consolidation on various metrics such as Speed, Returns, Claims, and Cancellations.
