As an MBA candidate with a background in Computer Science Engineering and experience as an Associate Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies, I am seeking a challenging role that leverages my technical, analytical, and business skills. I am passionate about contributing to the growth and success of a dynamic organization while continuously learning and developing my professional skills. During my experience as an Associate Software Engineer, I assisted clients in resolving application-related issues, provided technical and non-technical support to US-based end-users, and worked on projects involving SQL Server and C# programming. I gained extensive knowledge of source distributed version control systems like GIT and collaborated effectively with team members, providing knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to juniors to help them understand the application's technical aspects better. I developed strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while working in a dynamic and challenging environment. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration with relevant coursework in Business Analytics and Finance. I possess technical skills in MS Excel, Python, SPSS, and SQL, along with soft skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I have also worked on projects such as Credit Card fraud Transaction Detection using Machine Learning. This project aims to propose a novel fraud risk monitoring system for e-banking transactions. Model of score rules for online real-time transactions and offline historical transactions are combined together for the fraud detection. This evaluation leads us to identify research gaps and challenges to consider in future research endeavors. Apart from academics and work, I have been an active NSS volunteer in Cleaning Campaign in Vel Tech Multi Tech Engineering College. I have won a gold medal in Hockey in Cluster level Tournament and actively participated in many symposiums, winning several awards in various technical events. I have volunteered in event (ORU VIZHA) held in VIT Bhopal University. I am excited about new opportunities to apply my skills and contribute to the growth of organizations.
