Raghav Sehgal is a Forbes 30 Under 30 (Healthcare, 2025) honoree and Faculty Member at Yale University, where his research focuses on translating AI and multi-omic data science into clinical applications for human aging. He develops models that quantify and modulate biological aging across organ systems, aiming to establish robust surrogate endpoints for gerotherapeutic trials. Raghav has developed a patented and licensed biomarker that measures aging across 11 organ systems from a single blood draw, now commercialized as SYMPHONYAge by TruDiagnostic. As a Yale Cancer Biology Training Program Fellow, he gained firsthand insights into clinical trial design and translational oncology. Earlier in his career, Raghav was the Founding Data Scientist at Elucidata, where he built machine learning pipelines for multi-omic data integration, later advancing to Lead Product Manager to translate these tools into scalable drug discovery platforms. With over a decade of experience spanning computational biology, AI, venture science, and product leadership, Raghav has published in leading journals such as Nature and received honors including the Gruber Science Fellowship and Impetus Aging Grant. His work bridges science and strategy—building systems that accelerate the translation of aging research into clinical and commercial impact.
