Raghav is a dynamic and ambitious professional with a diverse background across consulting, business solutions, technology, and the social sector. Most recently, he served as a Senior Manager in the Private Equity Group (PEG) at Bain & Company, where he specialized in healthcare and life sciences, IT services, and other core sectors. Over his tenure at Bain, Raghav worked across geographies, including India and the UK (London office), delivering strategic insights and results-driven solutions to leading global private equity clients. He is also the Founder & Director of 'We Listen,' an NGO focused on building sustainable mental health models for young adults aged 18-25. Under his leadership, the organization has pioneered 24/7 crisis support platforms, mentorship initiatives, and grief circles—positively impacting thousands of lives. Raghav is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School in New York, further deepening his expertise at the intersection of business, leadership, and social impact. A graduate of IIT Bombay, Raghav held multiple leadership roles, culminating in his tenure as General Secretary, Cultural Affairs, one of the institute's highest student offices. For his contributions, he was awarded the Organizational Roll of Honor, IIT Bombay’s highest student recognition. Beyond his professional and academic accomplishments, Raghav is a passionate vocalist who has performed at pan-India gigs with his band and an avid weightlifter, balancing creative expression with physical discipline. We Listen! is an NGO dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and ensuring accessible therapy options, particularly for adolescents in our country. Founded on 7th April 2020, we have made a meaningful impact across diverse initiatives, collectively touching the lives of over 50,000 individuals. Our programs include 8 grief circles, designed to support individuals navigating various forms of loss, and the 'We Mentor' initiative, launched at 5+ universities to ease the transition of freshers into university life. Additionally, our 'Safe Space' platform provides 24/7 free-of-cost, anonymous, and zero-latency first-level support for those in crisis, ensuring help is available whenever it is needed. We are committed to building a society where mental health is prioritized, and no one feels alone in their journey.
