Working in Boeing Projects which includes Chinook CH47F (Pylon & Ramp Assembly) program, P8 (Mission & Power cabinets Assembly) program & F15(Former assembly) program. • Job Responsibilities: 1.Managing the configuration & Change management (ECN). 2.Drawing/Blueprint, Engineering data set, EBOM/MBOM & Customer Purchase contract review. 3. Compliance/requirement matrix preparation for all quality & engineering requirements. 4.Gap analysis of customer standards (i.e. BAC, BMS, BSS & PS) and updating the internal work instructions/Procedures. 5. Handling customer complaints (IC, IA, RCCA, and SER. 6. Managing QMS audits – CB’s & Internal. Also managing customer assessments (General manufacturing / assembly MBD/DPD, Fastener installation, Sealant application, Escapement avoidance, FOD control, etc.) 7 Regular status update to customer through weekly & bi-weekly calls. 8. Managing the customer (M/s Boeing) through Exostar & SQIS (PV, MRB, CA, SS), CARS (Configuration traveler), Team center (Engineering), MET’S (Queries) & PSDS (stds). 9. Managing the Non-confirming product which requires disposition from Boeing MRB. 10. Managing the Notification Of Escapement (NOE) submittal in SQIS. 11. Supporting the Process qualification(D1-4426) for Special process (HT, Cadmium plating, NDT process). 12. Supporting the APQP,PPAP,PFMEA & Risk analysis activities with NPI/NPD team. 13. Certifying engineers, operators & inspectors for manufacturing processes & techniques through examination & on job training. 14. Conduct regular CAB,FOD meeting with CFT team to monitor Line quality issues.
