I’m driven by the intersection of AI, innovation, and Customer Success — helping global telecom and utility operators transform how they plan, build, and operate their networks. As Global Head of Customer Success at IQGeo, I work with enterprise clients around the world to ensure they realize tangible business value from digital transformation. My team and I focus on helping customers leverage IQGeo’s AI assisted geospatial technology to accelerate productivity, collaboration, and data-driven decision making across the entire network lifecycle — from planning and design to construction and operations. My journey began as a Software Engineer at Comsof in 1999, where I invented and developed algorithms that automated and optimized network design. Over the years, I transitioned into a leadership and entrepreneurial role, scaling Comsof into a global market leader in network planning software. Following IQGeo’s acquisition of Comsof in 2022, I initially led the EMEA business before taking on a global role to strengthen customer success across all regions. Today, I’m passionate about how AI and Computer Vision are redefining quality assurance, design efficiency, and operational excellence in network management. Together with our customers, we’re building the future of intelligent infrastructure — one digital twin at a time.
