Key responsibilities include: - Developing detailed customer insights and understanding through deep analysis of customer behaviours, attitudes and values - Analysing data sets and extract actionable insights - Collaborating closely with colleagues in Research & Insight to deliver a 360 view of the customer - Designing and developing algorithms turning raw data into actionable plans - Creating statistical models usable in products or business decision making - Obtaining datasets from other teams, manipulate them based on requirements and ensure results are communicated to relevant teams - Translating and understanding business problems into requirements, and support Customer Strategy development, Customer Engagement activity, CX & journey improvement and business performance (including Marketing Effectiveness) - Managing and proactively driving a pipeline of Analytics and Data Science activity across a combination of business problem solving and new capability development
Part of the Marketing Insight team. Key responsibilities include: - Performing and presenting detailed analysis on KPI’s such as student behaviour and product performance, to enable customer and product insight and to aid in the development of products and business strategy - Participating in the development of recommendations and execution strategy to assist with senior management decision-making - Managing the delivery of a suite of regular management information, reporting weekly on business KPIs - Identifying data requirements and implementing ongoing enhancements to the marketing database to improve the efficiency and reliability of the data
Savings performance lead, specialising in customer and product behaviour analysis. - Projects range from analysing effectiveness of various campaigns, to assisting in system migration, using SAS applications, SQL and Excel - Provide high level performance overviews, working with other teams across the department
Part of the SAS Small Change team working on various projects, specialising in Products and Marketing. Key programs used for all analysis; Base SAS, Enterprise Guide and DI Studio.
