Main responsibilities of the role is managing the projects from technical side including: • Produce specification for new machinery accordingly to client expectations and budget. • 3D Design using Inventor or SolidWorks (Vault/PDM). • Design of new machinery and tools (stress analysis; static, kinematics and dynamic calculations/simulations; FEA; technical drawings; BOM). • Selecting of drives systems (gearmotors, pneumatic, hydraulic etc.). • Cooperation with the automation department to select and develop control system components. • Create 2D drawings package (drawings for: machining, welding, fabrication etc.) • Design in accordance with the applicable health and safety regulations for machine safety. • Supervision of assembly and commissioning process, project lead time control. • Technical leading of a project. • Manage a team of younger engineers. • Making feasibility study. • Produce budget quotes.
