My career as a Global Marketing Manager has been both rewarding and dynamic. Through more than 20 years of professional experience in healthcare marketing, my journey has been defined by two core passions: driving impactful change and empowering the people behind the strategy. With deep expertise in gynecology and valuable prior experience in psychiatry, I have successfully launched and positioned products across diverse and complex markets, including the European region, Mexico and LATAM countries, Russia, and the CIS region. Adaptability and cultural empathy are at the center of my leadership style. Living and working across Poland, Hungary, and Spain, strengthened by a transformative journey through India, has given me a holistic understanding of human needs. I bring this perspective into my work at Gedeon Richter. I believe that even the best strategy only succeeds when the people who execute it are aligned and motivated. All of my previous experience has driven my current focus more into change management strategies with the "what's in it for me?" (WIIFM) principle. I understand that to drive successful implementation, we must look beyond delivering a message and ensure every team member sees the personal value and purpose in a transition.
