About

I help you in your role as a specialist and leader to successfully achieve goals together with your team. I do this by helping you to introduce lean-agile working methods, communicate effectively with each other and clarify mutual expectations. Everyone knows their strengths and can use them effectively. To achieve this, I provide advice and support on topics such as lean-agile, communication and collaboration, leadership, change management and personnel and organizational development. From the strategic perspective at organizational level to operational implementation as a coach and trainer together with teams and individuals. I use a wide range of methods such as barcamps, workshops, training, retrospectives and coaching. I can look back on several years of experience as an agile coach and organizational developer, management consultant and lecturer in the university environment and can underpin this experience with correspondingly sound specialist knowledge in psychology, adult didactics and business administration. In recent years, I have been influenced by concepts such as Systems Thinking, Lego® Serious Play®, SAFe, Flight Levels, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Visual Facilitation, Psychological Safety and Liberating Structures. WHO I WORK WITH: My services are aimed at specialists and leaders. My contacts often work in human resources or IT. WHY I HAVE SUCCESS: Anyone who counts me as a partner works with a personable, competent and reliable expert. For me agile is not a buzzword but part of my DNA. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My broad knowledge in the field of economic, industrial and organizational psychology. This combined with knowledge in business and lean-agile methods, analytical glasses and social intelligence. HOW TO START OUR COOPERATION: We start with an order clarification free of charge. We will then work out the right offer together so that you can benefit from something tailor-made. READY FOR THE FIRST STEP? The best way to contact me is here on LinkedIn.

  • Thought Leader & Book Author at Micro Habits for Better Teamwork
    Jun 2024 - Present · 2 yrs 2 mos

Co-author of "Micro Habits für Besseres Teamwork", written in collaboration with Dr. Denniz Dönmez. The book introduces a holistic framework for transforming dysfunctional teams into high-performing ones through the practical adoption of small, impactful micro habits. Drawing on years of experience as agile coaches, leadership and organizational development consultants, and educators, Denniz and me identified seven key behavioral areas vital for collaboration: + Showing compassion and curiosity + Promoting transparency and clarity + Fostering psychological safety + Focusing on needs over solutions + Challenging assumptions + Practicing kind honesty + Taking responsibility for decisions The book provides actionable micro habits - primarily communication-focused behaviors like using 'yes, and...' instead of 'yes, but...' - that are simple, sustainable, and effective in everyday teamwork. Anchored by the metaphor of „Poker versus Chess“, it emphasizes teamwork as a collaborative, synergistic process rather than a competitive one. "Micro Habits für Besseres Teamwork" is designed to empower leaders and teams with accessible and cost-effective tools for sustainable improvement in collaboration and results.
