Realization of measurements and certification monthly reports, control of daily staff performance, preparation of budgets for unexpected construction items, technical and cost analysis of proposals, material inventory control, new material orders (pipelines, fittings, valves, etc.), technical supervision at site, implementation of working procedures and safety plans (lifting plans, confined space works, ATEX area operations, etc.), quality control (qualification of welding procedures and welders, management of NDT tests, categorization of pressure vessels in accordance with European regulations, design of hydrostatic test circuits, submitting of “as built” documentation and preparation of quality dossier).

Planning and coordination of assembly of heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and Steam Condenser, development of assembling procedures for structures (EN 1090-2), rotating and static equipment, piping, supports, instrumentation and control, electric pipe tracing systems, and piping insulation. Request and analysis of offers, contract management, cost control, preparation of reports, staff management, quality control (qualification of welding procedures and welders, management of NDT tests, control of metal base and filler metals, preparation of quality dossier, coordination with the Notified Body, compliance with European regulations and ASME design code).
Identification of permits, licenses and documentation required during construction, commissioning phases in CCP thermosolar power plants with "turn-key" projects: connection of HV lines (220 kV) to the transport grid, synchronization of Steam Turbines, legalization of installations according to industrial regulations (substations, transformer centers, motor control centers, lighting, lightning protection, pressure equipment, storage of chemical products, gas and liquefied gas fuel storage, fire protection, etc.), environmental permits (water intake, waste dump, emissions to the atmosphere, noise, etc.), sanitary inspections and municipal procedures.
