Project Highlight: Integrated Intervention Plan in Municipalities (PIIM) • Promoted in September 2021 from serving as a technician in the National Directorate of Public Investment to become the Head of the Department of Supervising in the National Directorate of Public Investment and then promoted once again in September 2022 to become the National Director of the National Directorate of Public Investment. • Spearhead the coordination and execution of all phases of the individual project cycle in strict accordance with legal requirements as well as draft proposals for the enhancement of the legislative framework. • Deliver tactical leadership and guidance to budgetary units, consisting of ex-ante, ex-during, and ex-post evaluation methodologies for public investment projects. • Track and assess project execution utilizing the Integrated State Financial Management System (SIGFE), the Computerized Public Investment Program System (SIPIP), and by conducting field visits to validate project progress. • Promote efforts to improve the legislative framework as a means to remain in compliance with legal requirements throughout the individual project cycle. • Preside over simultaneous interconnected projects, taking into consideration geographical location and strategic importance.
