As a team leader, I had the opportunity to be part of Avenue's B2B platform creation. Since the product kickoff, I've been leading my team through all steps that a new product could have. Building the team, defining our backlog, designing our engineering process, negotiating releases, giving feedbacks to our stakeholders and of course, building a strong architecture to support all our customers.
How many times didn't you buy something online because you are scary about returns? That is a problem for all e-commerces, but when we talk about fashion it's even more. Recoli is all about that. Make returns easier to improve customer NPS and loyalty. As Founder/CTO I was responsable for our product development. Backend, Frontend and also our mobile apps. We built an Uber like app to make returns pickup easier for e-commerce with a great experience for their customers.
