Create new designs of engine air cleaners in Siemens NX11 (modeling and sheet metal) for off-road and defense application. Support the Engineering Manager and the Application Engineer to elaborate new proposals to the customers for current projects application. Manage the CAD Work Order list, distribute the CAD work orders to the CAD Designers with respect to the due date. If necessary, negotiate with the initiator to find a new due date in case of work overload. As a test coordinator, I create the requests for specific air cleaner performance tests, order all necessary parts, design and order (3D printing, milling, welding) custom parts to have a complete test set up. Analysis and summarize the test results for the responsible project engineers.
