HR Business Partner - Tech organization (750 FTE) Driving the people agenda through partnering at a senior level in the Tech organization (performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, etc); Strategizing & driving initiatives within the HR & Tech leadership teams on topics related to retention, effectiveness, organizational change and leadership; Using data & trends (through dashboarding and data analysis) to shape the priorities and address / prevent various aspects in the organization (attrition, diversity, etc); Contributing to shaping a culture of flexibility through flexible working initiatives.
Providing people management guidance and assisting in various people related initiatives; Coordinating the tech recruitment team, driving the connection with the business and constantly adapting the talent acquisition strategy to the business needs; Enhancing visibility and positioning of the talent acquisition practice through accurate reporting, prompt problem solving, active stakeholder management, creativity and qualitative outcomes.
