• Facilitated an internal migration at my organization, transitioning from a C++ based platform to one built on Dart. Collaborated closely with various Google Assistant teams including Stopwatch, Notes and Lists, and Calendar, offering horizontal solutions, aiding in the migration of features, and providing support to the product team’s decisions. Led the design, implementation, and successful launch of this migration initiative. • Worked on a project aiming to use a Large Language Model to extract information from unstructured text. I was responsible for getting agreement on how to get training data. Additionally, facilitated the recruitment of 4 new team members and subsequently onboarded 3 of them, mentoring one through their initial project. Utilized C++ as the primary programming language. • Engaged in prototyping multiple iterations of a system designed to crawl public calendars on the web. Concurrently conducted comprehensive analyses of how the public calendars landscape looks on the web. This involved working with C++, SQL and various other internal DSLs. • Contributed to a project aimed at enabling Google Assistant to merge data from both work and personal calendars. Designed and implemented a system that ensured adherence to privacy settings across user accounts.
I worked and maintained a micro‐service based architecture used in content moderation area. My primary projects included the implementation of essential features such as GDPR compliance, the ’right to be forgotten,’ and a new technical design of an old service responsible for identifying duplicate text entries. Technologies involved: Java, Node.js, Scala.
I was involved in the migration process to transition an internal service used across Google Plus, YouTube, and other Google services to a new abstraction layer over the storage system. The main technology used was Java.
I worked as part of the Simple Email Service team, engaging in frontend, backend, and maintenance tasks. Among my notable contributions were two major projects: one focused on updating the management console (the primary UI for client interaction), and another enabling customers to configure a Custom Mail‐From feature. This involved working with Java, Spring MVC, GWT and other internal technologies.
I extended an existing internal service used for validating the authenticity of an user for the Simple Email Service, using Java, Dynamo DB, Javascript with jQuery ajax and Spring MVC.
