Rachel A. Adler is the Mid-Hudson Regional Representative for Commissioner Roberta Reardon at the New York State Department of Labor, effectively overseeing Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester Counties. Since May 2022, she has used her 15+ years of experience to develop and implement marketing strategies for state economic programs and policy initiatives nationwide. In her role, Rachel serves as a critical liaison between Commissioner Reardon and regional stakeholders, with a clear mandate to: - Elevate awareness of NYSDOL and state government initiatives. - Deliver timely updates and briefings to stakeholders. - Resolve issues related to labor standards and unemployment insurance decisively. - Forge strong relationships with local officials and community agencies. - Collaborate with the Governor's regional team to drive industry partnerships for in-demand occupations. - Analyze job market trends with Labor Market Analysts to provide strategic insights.
