I partner with CEOs and Boards on the hard trade-offs: growth vs. margin, speed vs. resilience, ambition vs. unit economics. I've been in enough countries, categories, and crises to know that the answer is almost never what the slide deck says it is. I've spent 15 years building and fixing consumer and retail businesses across Europe and the Middle East — scaling flaconi to 25%+ CAGR across 10 European markets, turning around loss-making operations at Al-Futtaim, and delivering the largest automated distribution centre in the Middle East for Landmark Group. I work at the intersection of supply chain, commercial strategy, and technology — particularly where AI and analytics can change how decisions actually get made, not just how they get reported. That's where I find the most interesting problems. Outside my operating role, I advise early-stage founders — mostly in consumer and e-commerce — who are navigating the gap between a working business and a scalable one.
