Head of Enterprise Data Platforms & Engineering I lead enterprise-scale transformation by building modern, AI-ready data platforms that turn data into a strategic asset for the business. As Head of Enterprise Data Platforms & Engineering, I am responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a cloud-native enterprise data ecosystem that powers operational intelligence, analytics, and next-generation digital experiences. I am currently building a greenfield enterprise platform that establishes the core foundations of a modern data organization — including DataOps, FinOps, enterprise master and reference data, and domain-aligned data products supporting Owner Services, Resort Operations, Marketing, Sales, Rentals, Exchange, Finance, and HR. The platform connects operational systems, applications, analytics, and AI through a scalable, high-performance data architecture that supports self-service data access, advanced analytics, and natural language interaction with enterprise data. By delivering trusted, governed, and AI-ready data at scale, this platform becomes the digital backbone of the enterprise, enabling intelligent decision-making and powering innovation across marketing, sales, mortgage banking, owner services, resort operations, rentals, and exchange. My work focuses on building platforms, organizations, and data cultures that unlock enterprise value from data at scale.
