Serving as CEO of Signify GmbH, overseeing the Professional Business in DACH, Nordics and Eastern Europe as commercial leader. Previously, I spent over a decade at Schneider Electric GmbH Germany, including as CEO from 2009-2016, where I drove significant business growth and strategic expansion in Central and Eastern Europe. Beyond my role at Signify, I am a board member of ZVEI (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association) serving as its Vice President. From 2019 to 2023, I had the honor of being President of Orgalim, representing over 750,000 European industrial manufacturing companies. Additionally, I am Non-Executive Director in the Board of James Hardie Industries plc.
