Nexus oversees the strategic planning and coordination of national education initiatives spearheaded by other ministries and heads engagement campaigns and initiatives. Key responsibilities include conceptualisation and implementation of innovative engagement campaigns and initiatives, development of communications material and analysis of research data. As the project manager for the 2014 Total Defence campaign and N.E.mation (a digital animation competition), I conceptualised fresh and relevant engagement strategies guided by data insights, procured and managed contracts with agencies, forged partnerships/sponsorships and developed the integrated communications strategies. This included the engagement of KOLs and management of social media and ATL plans. Achievements - Garnered close to 40,000 visitorship for the Total Defence Experiential Showcase held at the National Museum of Singapore - Over 1,200 visitors talked about the showcase being insightful, refreshing and genuine for having a non-prescriptive approach - 95% approached said that they will be recommending friends to visit
