As manager and coach mentor, I work closely with a team of professional life coaches, various support persons, and at-risk youth with potential in the justice system and middle school to facilitate positive growth among marginalized communities. One-on-one leadership coaching and youth-focused group coaching workshops increase resilience and self-trust, as well as facilitate positive growth using a trauma and mindfulness-based approach with all young clients. In this meaningful role, I have been fortunate to have supported the launch of PACT LPC in Nassau Bahamas, as well as create PACTs newest early prevention group program for middle school students in two Toronto high-needs Improvement Areas.
