Supporting industry enablement for Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local Government, Education, and Federal Sales Teams
- Build, execute, and deliver a comprehensive, robust enablement program including both onboarding and on-going programs - Responsible for delivery, measurement, and success of new hire training for the sales and channel teams - Support sales leadership team in establishing and executing a sales coaching program
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the company, inclusive of our Channel and internal Sales Enablement efforts. - Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the company
- Manage all logistics and curriculum development for global training activities including in-person and virtual sales academies, technical boot camps, internal and partner webinars, and administrative support for the on-demand training environment - Tracking of all reporting and metrics for global training activities through Salesforce and other management tools - Collaborate with the global sales team and product marketing team to develop and deliver consistent content and messaging
-Research and report on external opportunities -Develop and manage a calendar of events for team members to attend -Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition -Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organization -Assist in content revision for company website
