    Established and scaled Slack's Comp and People Operations functions to support growth from 1000 to 3500 employees and in strategic alignment with the changing needs of the company. • Implemented Slack's remote-first strategy, serving as a thought leader for other HR professionals navigating 'future of work' approaches. • Navigated the People team through Slack's public offering including implementation of essential SOX controls (successfully passed all subsequent SOX and ISO audits). Established a formal HR Compliance function. • Led international expansion (people workstreams) into six countries with challenging compensation, benefits, and legal employment requirements. Designed compliant programs, systems and compensation structures that would scale. • Stood up a contingent workforce function, including a new Vendor Management System, with strong support from Legal and Finance senior leader partners. • Implemented Visier cloud analytics for people insights along with robust Workday dynamic dashboards and a roadmap to mature People Analytics capabilities. • Drove M&A activities to integrate Slack people, systems, and procedures into Salesforce in alignment with the strategic vision of this $28 billion acquisition. (Slack was acquired by Salesforce in July 2021)
