I am an independent neuropsychiatric advanced practice nurse working at the intersection of neuropsychiatry, mental health care, and systems design. My work centers on the McArdle Orchestral Methodology (M.O.M.), an integrative, trauma-informed framework that supports coherence across the nervous system, meaning-making, relationships, creativity, nutrition, and access. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, this approach emphasizes early, effective, and humane care that is participatory, preventive, and usable in real-world settings. I focus on translating evidence into practice across prevention, treatment, teaching, policy, and advocacy—particularly for neurodivergent individuals and those underserved by conventional models of care. My work prioritizes ethical practice, collaboration, and innovation that improves access without sacrificing clinical rigor.
