AWT's mission is to transform wealth management through technology and differentiate BlackRock as a strategic partner for our clients. As technology fundamentally reshapes the global wealth management industry, we partner with wealth managers to enhance their value proposition to their end clients, create rigor and scale in their investment process, and grow their businesses in a differentiated way. AWT offerings include Aladdin Wealth and Advisor Center, as well as BlackRock's stakes in partner firms like Avaloq, iCapital, Scalable Capital, Acorns and Envestnet.
Led Commercial Strategy and Oversaw Business Management for Aladdin Wealth Tech, focused on developing and executing key strategic initiatives that drive business growth, optimize commercial performance, and improve client satisfaction across the globe.
Led Global Business Strategy and Operations for the Aladdin Wealth business, focused on proactively identifying opportunities to implement robust solutions and laying a globally consistent foundation to accelerate growth. This included leading the creation and management of global product/client strategy, product packaging, sales enablement, and adoption frameworks. For 2.5 years, I also worked closely with the APAC-based team as we strategically focused on business expansion in the region.
