Project manager of key partnership with WestK including sponsorship execution, planning and delivering comprehensive global integrated marketing promotion and event activations to maximise brand awareness in >20 Cathay sponsored programmes and exhibitions at M+, Hong Kong Palace Museum and performing arts division since July 2023 Supporting key sponsorship events (e.g. CNY Parade, HK Sevens), corporate events (e.g. media and brand activation events), etc. People management - working closely with the Event Specialists and provide thoughtful guidance on event and project execution
HSBC Commercial Banking (CMB) - Marketing (Hong Kong) • In charge of Investment and Insurance marketing, performed ongoing budget management and worked closely with business team to plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost sales, and managed agencies and vendors to deliver quality marketing collateral • Coordinated with local medias and business institutions, and prepared submissions for CMB Awards, copy-writing for advertorials and scripts for senior management in media interviews to build brand reputation (CMB won 20 local awards in 2022) • Assisted in CMB client engagement events, including brand-wide sponsorship events, e.g. HK Sevens, HK Economic Summit, and private events such as networking dinner, cocktail receptions and webinars; acted as key contact point and coordinated with >20 front-line business teams for pre-event client nomination and RSVP updates alongside on-site coordination
Project management - Standard Chartered Cathay Mastercard launch (Jul 2021) • Supported on card acquisition marketing planning and execution in various online and offline channels BAU • Coordinated with worldwide bank partners on marketing strategies to drive co-branded credit card acquisition and point conversion to Asia Miles, major partners include Standard Chartered, Synchrony Bank (US) • Managed agencies on preparing creative content and coordinated closely with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns via multiple channels • Delivered post-campaign reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness with channels performance results
Supported the team in projects and initiatives on communications, events and partnership for Cathay members • Bilingual copy-writing and coordinated with internal teams and agencies for content development of Club communications, and delivered quality-check as the final checkpoint • Assisted in >10 high-value member engagement events e.g. Management Luncheon, Cocktail reception, Wine tasting dinner, etc. (joint by 70 - 1,000 guests), from event planning, managing event venues and logistics, on-site coordination to post-event evaluation • Supported company sponsored mass events (e.g. HK Sevens, Clockenflap) with assistance on member invitations and on-site support
Selected as one of the Summer Interns in New World Group Internship Programme (Seconded to K11 Concepts Limited) • Supported the events organized by NWD, including 2 Degree Architecture Exhibition, K11 Fashion Night Out, K11 Design Store Summer Party, etc. • Presented an event-based strategy to promote company’s vision and brand concept
