In my most recent role as Vice President, Global Human Resources at BioTouch, I led strategic HR initiatives that accelerated organizational growth, elevated employee experience, and fostered a high-performing, people-first culture across global operations. My focus centered on building inclusive environments, advancing leadership capability, and driving scalable people strategies that support business transformation. Previously, as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for North America at Merz Therapeutics, I led human resources, learning and development, corporate communications, facilities, and meeting planning—aligning people strategy with the company’s mission to bring better outcomes to more patients. I joined Merz in 2009 to support organizational integration during the company’s entry into the U.S. neurosciences and aesthetics markets. Over the years, I served in multiple leadership roles, including on the global HR team and later as Regional Head of Human Resources for Latin America, partnering with business leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Before joining Merz, I held roles at ScriptLogic and APEX Analytix, where I built foundational experience in HR strategy and organizational development.
