My passion and curiosity for learning ground my commitment to creating strong company cultures where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. I believe that when employees are equipped to do their best work, organizations achieve their strongest results. In my most recent role as Vice President, Global Human Resources at BioTouch, I led strategic HR initiatives that accelerated organizational growth, elevated employee experience, and fostered a high-performing, people-first culture across global operations. My focus centered on building inclusive environments, advancing leadership capability, and driving scalable people strategies that support business transformation. Previously, as Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for North America at Merz Therapeutics, I led human resources, learning and development, corporate communications, facilities, and meeting planning—aligning people strategy with the company’s mission to bring better outcomes to more patients. I joined Merz in 2009 to support organizational integration during the company’s entry into the U.S. neurosciences and aesthetics markets. Over the years, I served in multiple leadership roles, including on the global HR team and later as Regional Head of Human Resources for Latin America, partnering with business leaders across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Before joining Merz, I held roles at ScriptLogic and APEX Analytix, where I built foundational experience in HR strategy and organizational development. I’m energized by mission-driven organizations that view culture as a strategic advantage and believe great companies are built when their people thrive.
As Vice President, Global Human Resources at BioTouch, I had the privilege of supporting a dynamic, growing organization with approximately 1,600 employees worldwide. BioTouch is a private equity owned, single-source, global healthcare logistics provider, delivering custom medical kitting, medical courier, printing and promotional solutions, technology, and temperature-controlled logistics to healthcare organizations and labs worldwide. In this role, I was focused on fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence to drive both business success and employee engagement.
As VP, HR and Communications for North America, I oversaw the entire employee life cycle, as well as corporate communications, learning and development, meeting and facilities. In this role I led the Merz Group's first-ever Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy and implementation plan. During my tenure, Merz Therapeutics earned the Triangle Business Journal 2023 Best Places to Work, 2023 Stevie Awards for Great Employers - Pharmaceuticals, Great Place to Work Certification in the U.S. and Canada in October 2023.
