Sales Enablement’s purpose is to improve sales productivity - identify and understand initiatives to drive productivity & win rates and collaborate to deliver solutions.
I worked as part of a recently formed team aligned to the Field Sales Teams in the UK and Ireland. An integral part of the sales team, I provided business support to the FSM team, Director of Field Sales and end users. My role acted as an important link in ensuring that client demands are handled in a professional manner with pre-sales and after-sales assistance.
As Lead Territory Manager I provided sales support to the Cloud Networking teams within Northern Europe. Reporting to the Director of Cloud Networking my responsibilities also included reporting and analysis of figures & sales team performance, internal process redefinition and involvement in sales transformation and marketing projects.
