Project manager on new construction projects supporting 2Life Communities' vision for older adults to age in community. J.J. Carroll Redevelopment transformed a former Boston Housing Authority property and Golda Meir House Expansion leveraged formerly public land to serve more residents in a supportive community. Accomplishments included two developer designations via competitive RFPs; Chapter 40B Comprehensive Permit approval; City of Boston Article 80 and Boston Civic Design Commission approvals; HUD Section 18 Demo-Dispo approval; URA tenant relocation; and funding awards of local, state, and federal sources and LIHTC allocations.
Developed curriculum on socially responsible real estate development and entrepreneurship, and led 5 weeks of workshops for university students in Chongqing and Qingdao, in a team of recent graduate students
