• International Recruitment and Training: Conducted recruitment and promotional visits across Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam. Provided support and training to appointed LSBU representatives and identified new potential partners in the region. • Market Research and Analysis: Conducted market research and produced country and market analysis to contribute to the development and implementation of international student recruitment strategies. Identified new opportunities and provided feedback to the university on market updates. • Marketing and Brand Development: Prepared budgets and expense reports for regional marketing activities and marketing collaterals. Developed new markets and regions to enhance brand awareness through participation in relevant schools and agents’ fairs. Supported projects aimed at driving sales and strengthening brand presence.
• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Developed and implemented marketing strategies for national and international student recruitment, introduced new SOPs, and identified new marketing opportunities. • Event Management and Relationship Building: Organized and participated in various events, built and maintained relationships with agents and school counsellors, and maintained an updated database of potential students and agents. • Reporting and Database Management: Prepared strategic marketing reports, followed up on inquiries through CRM systems, and supported projects to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
